User Defined Buttons are like emotes you program them to do stuff like post links/emotes in the room or use quick commands like /join Yahoo! Chat Help:2.

First lets make sure you have these enabled if you don't see buttons labeled 1,2,3 etc then click on options button then ??? button.

How to use them.

• Click on the 1. button at the top of the screen.
• Type the name of the button in the Label the button box.
•  Type what you want the button to Display or do in the Contents of the button Box.
• Check the box at the bottom. (If you want it to display directly into the room)
• Click Ok.

Now you will notice the 1. Buttons name has changed now when you click on it, it will display or do what you told it to do.

Example:
Label the button: YCht2
Contents of the Button: /join Yahoo! Chat help:2

When clicked would take me to Yahoo! Chat Help:2 Room.

To make changes to buttons that have been programmed you need to press CTRL + ALT + Click on button.
