This error can happen for the following reasons.

1. You entered the ID or Password wrong try retyping them.

2. Your password has characters in it that ymlite cannot handle try changing your password and trying again.

3. Yahoo! has locked your account try seeing if you can log the id into yahoo messenger or another client.

4. Yahoo having troubles with it's servers which you will have to wait until they have fixed the problem.
