Click on Options click the chat tab then the filters tab and copy and paste the following into the box that says Offensive.

babes! dudes! guys! horndogs! hotties! hunks! lonely! studs! fellas! Gentlemen! folks! horny!! "im me!" "making me horny" men! "my tanktop??" "to pm me?" "webcam and pics" "a message..." "cams or pics" "flirty hit me" "glad you did!!!"

For even better filtering you may wish to add these following wildcard ignores on your main YAM window where your friends list is click on the ignores tab then click on the wildcard tab right click where it says wildcard ignores and select add a new wildcard and add these

• NONE AT THE MOMENT

You may also want to use suppressed filters Click on Options click the chat tab then the filters tab and copy and paste the following into the box that says Suppressed.
