If you find that Yahelite is ignoring people you do not want it to be i suggest you check your filters out click on Options then Spam Filters and Un-Check Illegal Names this should resolve this issue if it still ignoring someone for no reason right click on there name go to buddy function and select Add to YahElite Local List only this should stop them from jumping in your bin.
