If your chat screen does not start moving so you can see new posts then try the following suggestions.

1. Make sure the Scroll is checked by clicking on Tookit and seeing if there a checkmark next to Scroll.

2. Click on Format > Chat Screen and make sure there a checkmark in normal chat, unknown and other text.

3. On the main login screen click More Options and put a check mark in Erase person info at exit then exit yahelite completely and restart yahelite.
