You can use a program called Deny a Buddy to remove your Yahoo name from someone else's list simply download DaB3.zip and unzip it to your desktop double click the DaB icon and enter your name and password and the the id of the person you want to remove your name and it will remove it.

Note when using this program to remove someone it a good idea to log your yahoo messenger out so the program can login and remove your name from there list
