Fix no 1
Internet Explorer 7 Users
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Click on "Tools" then "Internet Options".
- Click the "General" tab and click the "Delete" button.
- Click the "Delete all" button then Click "Close".
- Click on the "Security" tab and click "Default level" if the button is grayed out skip to the next step.
- Click the "Privacy" tab and click the "Default" button if this button is grayed out skip to the next step.
- Click on the "Advanced" tab and click the "Restore advanced settings" button.
- Click "Apply" then "OK".
Internet Explorer 6 Users
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Click "Tools" then click "Internet Options".
- Click "Delete Files".
- Check box then click "OK".
- Click Delete Cookies.
- Click "Security" tab then click "Custom Level".
- Reset Custom settings to Medium then click "Reset".
- Click "OK".
- Click "Advanced" tab, click "Restore defaults".
- Click "OK.
Fix No 2
Try Pressing and hold shift or ctrl (control) key and click the link or view profile.
Fix No 3
Profiles still don't work then please select which Internet Service Provider you using and follow the instructions.
