Logging on to Yahoo Mail, Gmail or other free email services has come part of our everyday life , we do it without even thinking but what if one day you where faced with a message that says "user name or password do not match"?
what you'll want to do after a few more unsuccessful, increasingly frantic attempts is to speak with a customer support representative, post haste. But that's not an option. these free email providers don't offer a toll-free numbers or a live person to resolve the ordinary user's problems.
But that only example of one issue that could happen there plenty of other issues like database errors, mail box errors and much more that could go wrong.
My point here is if you receive and send important emails and files using these services always make sure you keep a backup of all your contacts, all important emails and files... and always have a alternative email address so if anything does happen you can always get in contact with the people you need to also make sure the people your emailing are aware you have a alternative email address.
I bring this up cause i don't know how many times i had people come to me upset that they have issues with there email wanting a fix that i cant give them. They lose all that important data so please always think ahead don't think cause the service up to now has been great that it cant happen to you because it can and if it does you have no way of contacting these company's to get the issue resolved
